SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your orders quickly. Shipping times may vary depending on the item(s) ordered, what is available in stock and order quantity. Special arrangements or expedited shipping may be possible, but is not guaranteed. Custom colors are made to order and will need additional processing time. Items are hand delivered by us after we have received them. When we deliver we will do a complete set up of the products for you, unless other arrangements have been made. You will receive an estimated lead-time at the time of your order.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return the product(s) for a full refund less a restocking fee of 20% within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product(s) up to 30 days from the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused. An 80% refund (less the 20% restocking fee) of the price of the merchandise will be refunded within 14 days once Always DTRT POOL Loungers receives the merchandise back. Delivery costs are non-refundable. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 30 days of the original purchase date. Please contact Always DTRT POOL Loungers to set up your return. To speed up the return process, please include a copy of your signed invoice so we can process your return.
